Sales Development Representative - Intern

Welsh & Associates is currently seeking individuals interested in an internship in our offices as a Sales Development Representative. This role will support the firm by researching prospective clients, monitoring regional job openings, securing meetings for search consultants, and sourcing potential candidates while maintaining an accurate database. Work hours are flexible (between 8 and 5, M-F).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Internet research
• Competitive analysis
• Database management
• Marketing and recruiting campaign management
• Appointment setting calls for search consultants

The ideal candidate will be a Sales and Business Marketing or Communications major with a strong interest in further developing skills in direct sales and lead generation. Must possess a strong work ethic and a drive for excellence. Prior hospitality industry experience is highly desired.
