With a steady cadence of outreach, education, and support, the Sales & Customer Success Associate achieves reliable sales results while reinforcing Frontier’s reputation as a trusted digital partner in the Inland Empire.


Core Functions of the Sales & Customer Success Associate
  • Provide guidance on fiber internet plans and YouTube TV packages, connecting features to lifestyle needs like family streaming or online gaming to close sales. 

  • Highlight Wi‑Fi 7 routers and FTTH technology, showing how Frontier supports smart homes and seamless entertainment.

  • Recommend tailored bundles that combine Frontier internet and YouTube TV, emphasizing savings and convenience to boost sales conversions.

  • Manage the customer journey with precision, ensuring every sale is activated smoothly and every account detail is accurate.

  • Educate households on Frontier’s no data caps and 99.9% uptime, positioning the service as reliable and cost‑effective to drive sales confidence.

  • Follow up after installation to confirm satisfaction, resolve questions, and encourage referrals that expand sales opportunities.


Education & Experience Needed for the Sales & Customer Success Associate
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred but not required.

  • Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer support, with a track record of meeting performance goals and building strong customer relationships.

  • Ability to clearly explain the benefits of Frontier’s fiber‑optic internet—symmetrical speeds, low‑latency gaming, and 4K/8K streaming—in simple, persuasive terms.

  • An analytical mindset to monitor San Bernardino market trends, providing insights that strengthen sales strategies and regional outreach.
