Key Responsibilities of the Sales & Customer Success Associate
- Aid in Frontier Fiber enrollments and activations, ensuring compliance and accurate residential account processing while supporting territory sales goals.
- Support associate presentations of Frontier TV and Wi‑Fi hardware, reinforcing brand sales standards and incentive alignment while gaining presentation experience.
- Maintain records of activations and customer interactions in sales systems, assisting with quota achievement, transparency, and personal skill growth in digital tools.
- Assist in resolving connectivity challenges and account discrepancies, ensuring smooth installations and customer satisfaction while learning troubleshooting techniques.
- Coordinate account tasks with Frontier’s promotional cycles, helping maximize adoption of fiber internet and TV bundles while understanding campaign timing.
- Develop consultative sales communication skills and fiber knowledge, supporting team accuracy, collaborative growth, and career progression.
What We’re Looking For in a Sales & Customer Success Associate
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Operations preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills to simplify Frontier’s technical fiber specifications, guide teams through account activations, and instill long-term customer confidence.
- Experience in retail, administrative support, or sales, with proven success in customer engagement and quota attainment.
- Highly disciplined and proactive, able to manage residential account workflows, meet processing benchmarks, and support Pomona’s fiber expansion.
- Eagerness to grow within a team environment, learning from senior staff while contributing to consultative sales practices and customer confidence.
