The Sales & Customer Service Associate is a customer-facing role where you’ll sell Verizon 5G solutions to walk-in and outbound prospects in Tempe. Your expectations shall include closing deals on the spot and hitting aggressive targets.
As a Sales & Customer Service Associate, you’ll meet customers to demonstrate the value of Quantum Fiber technology while converting interest into activated accounts. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earnings where your contributions directly result in campaign success.
Key Responsibilities of a Sales & Customer Service Associate
Engage customers and present Quantum Fiber plans in-person.
Conduct live demos and explain Quantum Fiber benefits to close sales.
Convert walk-ins and leads into activated Quantum Fiber accounts.
Prospect and follow up on leads to exceed weekly and monthly quotas.
Negotiate plan options and upsell accessories and service bundles.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM after each interaction.
Hit activity metrics and participate in Sales & Customer Service Associate team huddles.
Represent Verizon professionally at community and in-store events.
Qualifications and Skills needed to be a Sales & Customer Service Associate
Prior retail or telecom sales experience preferred.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong verbal persuasion and closing skills.
Comfortable with in-person demos and phone outreach.
Basic CRM experience and attention to detail.
Competitive drive and thrives in commission-based environments.
Reliable transportation and flexible Tempe schedule.
