As a Sales Coordinator, our training is your bootcamp for becoming the most valuable player in NYC's connectivity game. We need someone who doesn’t just sell service but delivers an experience so smooth it feels like cheating.


Key Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator
  • Drive revenue growth by actively selling Verizon’s 5G mobile plans, fiber‑optic internet, wireless devices, and enterprise‑grade solutions.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored residential and business packages that maximize speed, reliability, and overall value.

  • Execute activations, upgrades, and service enrollments with precision, ensuring compliance with Verizon’s brand standards and maintaining accurate documentation.

  • Leverage promotions and incentives such as trade‑in credits, bundled discounts, and business offers to close deals and increase customer acquisition.

  • Develop strong customer relationships by clarifying billing structures, service agreements, and delivering transparent guidance that builds long‑term trust.

  • Collaborate with leadership and Sales Coordinators to resolve complex account challenges, share best practices, and expand Verizon’s market presence across sectors.


Minimum Qualifications of the Sales Coordinator
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred but not required. 

  • Experience in customer support or retail, or sales, ideally within telecommunications, consumer electronics, or subscription services.

  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills to clearly explain Verizon’s fiber‑optic internet, 5G mobile plans, and wireless device features.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, with resilience to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive sales environment.

  • Proficiency in sales platforms and Microsoft Office Suite to manage accounts, track performance, and streamline workflows.
