What This Role Looks Like

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the go‑to partner for companies needing accounting & finance talent. You will:

  • Break into new accounts while expanding relationships with existing clients
  • Sell both temporary staffing and executive search services
  • Build long‑term partnerships with accounting & finance decision-makers
  • Meet with hiring managers to understand needs across a wide range of industries
  • Collaborate with your recruiter teammates, who will fill the roles you bring in
  • Provide ongoing service and relationship management long after the placement is made
