Demonstrate YouTube TV’s unlimited DVR and live streaming features, connecting technical benefits to everyday household needs and sales outcomes.
Record activations and customer interactions with accuracy, ensuring transparency and supporting territory sales growth.
Highlight Wi‑Fi 7 hardware during consultations, showing how advanced coverage supports modern digital lifestyles and strengthens sales conversions.
Provide clear answers to customer inquiries, reinforcing Frontier’s reliability and customer‑first approach, turning conversations into successful sales activations.
What We’re Looking For in a Sales Associate
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is a plus but not required.
Strong consultative sales skills, able to engage households face‑to‑face and recommend Frontier fiber internet and YouTube TV bundles as superior solutions over cable.
Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing environments with a track record of exceeding quotas and building long‑term customer relationships.
Highly organized and proactive, with the discipline to manage multiple accounts and support territory sales expansion in the Inland Empire.
