What You’ll Do as a Sales Associate Lead:

  • Master the Verizon portfolio to lead from the front in sales scenarios
  • Drive aggressive growth by personally closing high-value wireless contracts.
  • Liaise between customers and the floor to ensure daily targets are met.
  • Oversee a small "pod" of associates to instill a culture of winning.
  • Analyze performance reports to identify and coach team "weak links."
  • Execute territory strategies in White Plains for maximum Verizon exposure.
  • Conduct daily workshops focused on closing and overcoming objections.
  • Report directly to the Market Manager on team KPIs and growth strategies.
