What You’ll Do as a Sales Associate Lead:
- Master the Verizon portfolio to lead from the front in sales scenarios
- Drive aggressive growth by personally closing high-value wireless contracts.
- Liaise between customers and the floor to ensure daily targets are met.
- Oversee a small "pod" of associates to instill a culture of winning.
- Analyze performance reports to identify and coach team "weak links."
- Execute territory strategies in White Plains for maximum Verizon exposure.
- Conduct daily workshops focused on closing and overcoming objections.
- Report directly to the Market Manager on team KPIs and growth strategies.
What You’ll Be Needing as a Sales Associate Lead:
