As a Sales Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of Quantum Fiber, helping households understand their internet options. The Sales Associate’s training will prepare them to deliver personalized service that drives sales success and customer confidence in the community.


Core Functions of the Sales Associate

  • Conduct in-home, face-to-face consultations with residents to drive Quantum Fiber sales conversions through account setup and plan enrollment.
  • Explain internet speed, reliability, and upgrade options in clear, relatable terms to close sales and maximize revenue per household.
  • Identify and act on upsell opportunities to increase household plan adoption and boost overall sales revenue.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and account activity to support sales tracking and strategy.
  • Work with sales colleagues to strengthen neighborhood presence and optimize territory-level sales results.
  • Deliver clear, personalized guidance to homeowners, building trust and driving long-term sales retention.

Education & Experience Needed for the Sales Associate

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in sales, retail, or customer support is a plus.
  • Skilled at presenting Quantum Fiber’s internet options in clear, relatable terms.
  • Uses organizational skills to manage service notes, scheduling, and proactive follow‑up effectively.
