Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, generating leads, developing marketing campaigns, and helping the company grow its customer base and brand presence.

Responsibilities
:Sales:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Marketing:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Manage content creation for websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate reports with actionable insights.
Assist in organizing trade shows, events, and promotional activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
Proficiency with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, SEO, social media advertising, or email marketing platforms.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
B2B or industry-specific experience is an advantage.
