Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Assistant / Sales & Marketing Assistant to support daily administrative operations and assist both sales and office functions. The ideal candidate is highly proficient with computers, fluent in office software, and able to support order entry, document creation, marketing tasks, and general office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to office staff and sales team
  • Assist the Sales Manager and Sales team with administrative and marketing duties
  • Handle order entry accurately and efficiently
  • Support preparation of documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Use Microsoft Excel and Word on a daily basis
  • Create and edit visual content in Canva for internal and external use
  • Respond to emails, answer phones, and assist visitors professionally
  • Maintain accurate filing and record systems
  • Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and general office tasks
  • Assist with customer communication and inquiries

Required Skills

  • Excellent computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience using Canva or similar design tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively
  • Reliable, proactive, and willing to take initiative
  • Comfortable supporting both administrative and sales/marketing tasks
  • Sales and marketing experience is helpful

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative support or office assistant role
  • Familiarity with basic order processing, marketing tasks, and customer service
