Education & Experience Needed for the Sales and Customer Service Associate
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
Experience in customer support or retail sales, ideally within telecommunications, consumer electronics, or subscription‑based services.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills to clearly explain Verizon’s fiber‑optic internet, 5G mobile services, and wireless device features.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite to manage accounts, track metrics, and streamline workflows
