Job Responsibilities -
- Serve as the central administrative liaison between group members and suppliers.
- Manage and update CRM records to ensure accurate group and member data.
- Provide scheduling, materials, and follow-up support for quarterly meetings.
- Analyze purchasing trends and deliver summary reports to leadership.
- Share timely updates on inventory, programs, and promotions with stakeholders.
- Support pricing initiatives and group programs under management direction.
- Monitor compliance with established agreements and participation requirements.
- Assist with onboarding by introducing offerings, setting up accounts, and guiding new members.
Job Requirements -
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, administration, or coordination roles
- High school diploma or GED required
- Prior exposure to flooring, building materials, or manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
