Sales Administrative Assistant

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the sales team with order entry, pricing, and customer documentation
  • Coordinate order flow between sales, operations, and logistics
  • Maintain customer records, contracts, and sales data
  • Prepare reports, track sales activity, and assist with forecasting
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide day-to-day administrative support
  • Help streamline and improve internal sales processes

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, sales admin, or administrative roles
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
