The Daily Duties of a Sales Account Manager:

 

  • Meet residential customers directly to manage and grow Fiber accounts.

  • Develop new accounts through strategic territory expansion.

  • Drive retention through proactive relationship management.

  • Surpass revenue and performance benchmarks consistently.

  • Execute upsell and cross-sell strategies.

  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups to secure loyalty.
