The Daily Duties of a Sales Account Manager:
Meet residential customers directly to manage and grow Fiber accounts.
Develop new accounts through strategic territory expansion.
Drive retention through proactive relationship management.
Surpass revenue and performance benchmarks consistently.
Execute upsell and cross-sell strategies.
Conduct post-sale follow-ups to secure loyalty.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Lead by example in a competitive sales environment.
