Sales Account Manager

Location: Dallas, TX
Pay: $80,000 - $99,999 base salary
Bonus: Quarterly sales incentive plan tied to new sales revenue generated

A-Line Staffing is hiring a Sales Account Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Dallas, Texas . This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with pharmaceutical or medical sales experience to join a mission-driven organization focused on improving access and affordability in healthcare.

This role is best suited for someone with a strong background in B2B sales , experience working with hospital pharmacy and procurement teams , and a proven ability to build strategic relationships and drive revenue growth.


Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned hospital and health system accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans with defined sales and growth goals
  • Build strong relationships with Pharmacy Directors, procurement teams, and key decision-makers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
  • Conduct sales meetings through both in-person and virtual engagement
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by analyzing client needs and market trends
  • Collaborate with internal departments including operations, marketing, compliance, finance, and product teams
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reporting
  • Present product offerings effectively and stay informed on industry trends and developments
  • Represent the organization at customer-facing meetings, conferences, and industry events
  • Travel up to 30% as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field required
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B pharmaceutical, medical, or 503B sales experience required
  • Experience working with hospital systems or formulary decision-makers strongly preferred
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Self-motivated and able to build and maintain strategic client relationships
  • Proven ability to drive new business growth and manage complex accounts
