The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and strategic Sales Account Manager to lead growth across hospital pharmacy and procurement teams. This role is ideal for someone who understands the pharmaceutical sales landscape and thrives on building meaningful partnerships that influence purchasing decisions and expand market presence.
What You Will Do
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital systems and healthcare accounts
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and growth
• Build relationships with Pharmacy Directors, procurement leaders, and key decision makers
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
• Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities through market and client analysis
• Partner cross functionally with product, operations, marketing, compliance, and finance teams
• Maintain accurate CRM data and performance reporting
• Represent the organization at industry events and conferences
• Travel up to 30 percent as needed
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of B2B pharmaceutical, medical, or 503B sales experience
• Experience selling into hospital systems and working with formulary decision makers
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with experience using Excel and CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Self motivated with a proven ability to build and grow client relationships
