Job Details

Qualifications – Needed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a general field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or related client-facing roles
  • Experience or strong background in sales within nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, or contract manufacturing
  • Strong background in client relationship management and business development
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth
  • Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced production environment with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as primary point of contact
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in nutraceutical and dietary supplement markets
  • Learn and understand the full manufacturing process including formulation, blending, encapsulation, and packaging
  • Partner with internal teams (production, quality, procurement, operations) to ensure smooth project flow and client satisfaction
  • Represent the company at trade shows such as Supply Side Global and Expo West
  • Report on sales activity and provide market trend feedback to shape company growth strategy
