Description
- Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Safety Policies and Procedures
- Conducting Safety Training
- Performing Safety Inspections
- Incident Investigation and Reporting
- Risk Assessment and Hazard Analysis
- Regulatory Compliance
- Emergency Response Planning
- Run Safety Meetings
- Documentation and Record Keeping
- Collaboration and Communication
- Continuous Improvement
- PPE Management
- Subcontractor Coordination
Profile
- 3+ years of experience working in Safety for a General Contractor or Subcontractor within the construction industry
- Preference for experience working on large-scale projects over $20M
- Experience managing safety standards on project sites with over 100 workers
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to run meetings & motivate others
- Positive attitude, punctual, great communication skills
- OSHA 30 certification, more advanced certifications desired (OSHA 500 etc)
Job Offer
- Base salary 95-125K contingent on experience
- Annual bonus
- Vehicle allowance $750/month
