• Developing Safety Policies and Procedures
• Conducting Safety Training
• Performing Safety Inspections
• Incident Investigation and Reporting
• Risk Assessment and Hazard Analysis
• Regulatory Compliance
• Emergency Response Planning
• Run Safety Meetings
• Documentation and Record Keeping
• Collaboration and Communication
• Continuous Improvement
• PPE Management
• Subcontractor Coordination

Profile

• 3+ years of experience working in Safety for a General Contractor or Subcontractor within the construction industry
• Preference for experience working on large-scale projects over $20M
• Experience managing safety standards on project sites with over 100 workers
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to run meetings & motivate others
• Positive attitude, punctual, great communication skills
• OSHA 30 certification, more advanced certifications desired (OSHA 500 etc)

Job Offer

• Base salary 95-125K contingent on experience
• Annual bonus
• Vehicle allowance $750/month
