We are seeking a qualified applicant to join our close-knit, family-owned organization as a Route Service Representative. We're looking for someone that has excellent customer service skills, is detail oriented, and can work independently in a fast paced environment.
What will a typical day look like for you?
- Deliver/Pick up uniforms, linens, floor mats, and other products to current customers
- Responds and resolves customer issues, complaints, or requests and communicates all concerns/issues to the Service Manager
- Handles, properly and accurately, all paperwork related to deliveries including, but not limited to, invoices and Route Accountability Sheets

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
- Excellent customer service skills & communication skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
- DOT medical card (or able to obtain one)
- Able to frequently lift/carry 50-75 pounds
- Able to push/pull linen bins/delivery hamper weighing up to 200 pounds
- Able to drive extensively in varied weather conditions
