Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of water delivery technicians.
Oversee daily route operations, ensuring efficient and timely service to customers.
Monitor and manage inventory of water products and supplies for the route.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
Handle customer service issues and resolve complaints effectively.
Assist with training new technicians on routes and company standards.
Analyze route performance data and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a field service or logistics environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer applications like Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform the duties of the role as needed.
