Route Driver - $1k Hiring/Retention Bonus!!

We are currently seeking a Route Driver within our Hospitality and Medical Divisions out of our Boston, MA office. You will be assigned a specific route with the expectation of building a strong rapport with our customers to ensure outstanding assistance and support.

Route Driver Responsibilities :

• Drive a company-owned delivery truck daily to & from numerous customer stops
• Deliver clean uniforms, linens, mats & other products to our existing customers
• Pick up soiled products at customer locations & return to branch for processing
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer inquiries/requests & pro-actively solving problems
• Grow route by selling additional product line offerings & maximizing value opportunities to our customers
• Operate a handheld device accurately to ensure proper on-site inventories are maintained
• Complete all paperwork properly & accurately for each customer & Service Department at daily check-in

Route Driver Qualifications: *No CDL Required*

• • Must have High School Diploma/GED
  • Face-to-face customer service experience w/ upselling ability preferred
  • Must be 21+ yrs. or age
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must have ability to drive a box truck daily to & from customer sites & the 
    Boston facility
  • Must have ability to meet requirements of this physically demanding role (including lifting/carrying up to 75 lbs.)
  • Must be able/willing to pass a background check & drug screening (hair)
