Roll‑Off Operator

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Roll-Off Truck Driver to join our team, specializing in servicing construction and demolition sites. The ideal candidate will have experience operating roll-off trucks and be comfortable working in fast-paced, safety-critical environments.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate roll-off container trucks to transport debris, materials, and waste to and from construction and demolition sites.

• Deliver, position, and retrieve various-sized roll-off containers, ensuring proper placement and secure load handling.

• Perform daily inspections of vehicle and equipment to ensure optimal operation and report any maintenance issues promptly.

• Navigate urban, industrial, and rural job sites while adhering to DOT regulations and company safety protocols.

• Safely swing and secure heavy container gates and ensure all loads are properly tarped and secured for transport.

• Maintain accurate documentation of pickups, deliveries, and disposal logs.

• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site managers, and other team members to ensure timely service and problem resolution.

Requirements:

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Class A or B preferred

• Minimum of 1 year experience operating roll-off or similar heavy-duty trucks

• Strong understanding of container handling procedures and safe load securement

• Physically able to swing, lift, and secure heavy gates and container components

• A clean driving record and strong commitment to safety and reliability

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a route efficiently

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with construction or demolition site logistics

• Familiarity with local disposal facilities and hauling routes

• Mechanical aptitude or minor truck troubleshooting skills
