Weekend Leadership Role
Bear Creek Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking a seasoned RN leader to step into a Weekend Supervisor role. Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical and operational oversight during weekend shifts
Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
Ensure compliance with state and federal SNF regulations
Manage staffing needs, assignments, and nursing labor efficiently
Serve as the primary nursing leader and escalation point on weekends
Monitor clinical issues, address concerns, and support survey readiness
Collaborate with leadership to maintain continuity of care and operations
Qualifications
Active RN license (required)
Prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience (required)
Previous supervisory or management experience (required)
Strong knowledge of SNF regulatory compliance and survey readiness
Proven understanding of nursing labor management and staffing
Demonstrated leadership presence, decision-making, and communication skills
