A-Line Staffing is now hiring RN - Mother/Baby in Morristown, NJ 07960. The RN - Mother/Baby would be working for a Major Hospital System and has career growth potential.
RN - Mother/Baby Highlights:
- Schedule Options:
- 1. 7a - 7p day shift (12hr shift - 3 days/week)
- 2. 7p - 7a overnights (12hr shift - 3 days/week)
- Pay Range: $52-56 Hourly
RN - Mother/Baby Responsibilities:
- Candidate will have the ability to utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served.
- Through the model of Shared Governance, collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidenced based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
- Candidate will demonstrate and embrace the PRIDE core values (Professionalism, Respect, Involvement, Dignity and Excellence) in every aspect of their job.
RN - Mother/Baby Qualifications:
- RN License - Required
- Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills
- A minimum of one year of recent acute care Mother Baby nursing experience in a hospital setting - Required
- Must be able to provide care for mother and baby as a couplet
- BSN - Preferred
