RN - MICU at Christiana Hospital (Newark, DE)
Submission Requirements: DE or Compact License in hand, RN License# and exp date, List of certs with exp dates ALL RTO (Any request after initial submission will not be considered or approved).
2 Years of experience in specialty required; no exceptions Interviews: VI Auto Offers (ICU List B) Shift Times: 12 Days Total # of Hours Per Week: 36 hours/week Call Requirement: No Holiday Requirement: Yes Weekend Requirement: Yes; Every 3rd Weekend
Float requirement: Yes; Other ICU, step-downs, transitional units, and ICU Surge Space on 6D
Common Diagnosis/Treatment: respiratory illnesses, gi bleed, drug overdose, end stage kidney disease
of Beds: 21 to 30
Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:2 Charting: Cerner Scrub Color: Navy Blue Areas of Float Support: other ICUs and step-downs Special Procedures: SLEDD (continuous dialysis)
