- DE RN License in hand at the time of submission
- Compact BLS
- 5+ years experience as CVOR scrub and circulate and previous travel Level 1 Trauma
- Facility Shift:10D, 0630-1700
- On-call requirement is 6-8 shifts plus one full weekend per 4-week schedule period.
- Report time for on-call is 45 mins
