- Perform rigging activities to safely move, lift, and position equipment and materials
- Determine proper rigging methods based on load weight, shape, and center of gravity
- Assist with structural steel positioning, alignment, and bolt up
- Secure loads and guide materials into position
- Follow lift plans, job specifications, and safety procedures
- Other assigned rigging duties as required
- Prior Rigging in commercial, industrial, or heavy construction environments
- Knowledge of rigging practices, load calculations, and lift safety
- Ability to read and understand lift plans or job drawings
- Familiarity with hand signals and communication protocols
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working at heights
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance
- Required PPE: hard hat, gloves, safety boots, etc.
- 40 hours per week
- Overtime as required by project needs
