Blanchard Valley Health Systemis seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join our collaborative team in Findlay, NW Ohio  part of the Mayo Clinic Care Network and nationally recognized for high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Flexible schedule: 2-5 days/week (4, 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts)
• Comprehensive support: 2 part-time physicians, 24/7 hospitalists, care team model
• 100% outpatient: optional inpatient for additional income
• Manageable call: extremely light, ~1 phone call/month

Compensation & Benefits

• $300K base salary (guaranteed beyond initial term)
• Total potential $300K-$500K+ (uncapped wRVU bonus)
• $30K sign-on bonus + $100K student loan support
• 5+ weeks PTO, $5K CME + $10K relocation assistance
• 403(b) with 4% match + full benefits
