Revenue Cycle Specialist Compensation
- The pay for this position is $26.97 per hour
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
- A 401(k) with company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service
Revenue Cycle Specialist Highlights
- This position is a contract-to-hire opportunity
- Hybrid work arrangement: On-site training for the first 1–2 weeks, then flexible in-office schedule
- Shift hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Revenue Cycle Specialist Responsibilities
- Process customer invoicing and other administrative duties within the accounts department
- Record customer payments and checks accurately and regularly
- Communicate with customers to facilitate payments for overdue invoices
- Utilize relevant software programs for processing invoices and recording data
- Resolve discrepancies related to invoices efficiently
- Provide backup support to the accounting team on project-based assignments
- Maintain strong customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with customers
Revenue Cycle Specialist Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED with accounting experience
- Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days of employment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Skilled in basic computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
Revenue Cycle Specialist Preferred Qualifications
- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
- Self-starter with strong motivation and investigative skills
