We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in revenue cycle management, collections, insurance, and healthcare insurance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing, training, and overseeing teams, providing guidance, and effectively managing bad debts and claims. This role requires a strong leader with excellent management skills and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage the entire revenue cycle process, from patient registration to final payment of a balance.
2. Develop and implement policies and procedures that increase efficiency and maximize revenue.
3. Train and manage a team of revenue cycle specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
4. Oversee all billing, collections, and insurance processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
5. Manage and resolve any issues related to bad debts and claims.
6. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
7. Analyze and report on revenue cycle performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to achieve these improvements.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in revenue cycle management.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management, preferably in the Sales industry.
2. Proven experience in managing and training teams.
3. In-depth knowledge of collections, insurance, and healthcare insurance processes.
4. Experience in managing bad debts and claims.
5. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to a team.
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
9. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
10. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
