Retail Store Associate (Part Time)

Who doesn't love cookies, cupcakes, and cakes?!?

We are seeking a part time Brand Ambassador to become part of our Over The Top Cake Supplies team!

Responsibilities:

• Greet Customers
• Identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints
• Assist with birthday parties and kid camps

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience in decorating (cakes, cookies, cupcakes, etc.)

Pay Information:

• $15/hour

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST
