Retail Shift Supervisor

Position Summary:

As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in managing our store operations. You will be responsible for supervising floor staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Oversee and motivate a team of floor staff to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
• Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively. Ensure that customers have a positive shopping experience.
• Store Operations: Working closely with Store Management, you will assist in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Training and Development: Mentor and support to floor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Security and Safety: Maintain a safe and secure store environment by following company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Retail experience in a home center preferred, but not required
