What you’ll do
- Engage with customers to support the customer experience, complete transactions, drive profitable growth and achieve sales goals
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and products through continuous learning and professional development
- Stay current on promotional initiatives to generate sales through high traffic times
- Embrace our learning culture to continuously improve existing skills while acquiring new ones
- Maintain department merchandising and readiness to serve customers
- Train other sales floor personnel on how to be successful in the department
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related fields
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends
- 1 year of experience working in the furniture industry
- Luxury brand or other premium product retail or design experience
