Looking for a unique and fun job? 

We are a specialty electronics, gadget and novelty shop looking for someone willing to learn about our unique industry and product lines. The ideal candidate will have some sales or promotions experience and be comfortable giving product demonstrations both in our store and sell the products. Our store could be compared to a small Best Buy setting but with specialty items.   

It is mandatory that you live reasonably close to our shop.  We are in the Copperfield Area off Hwy 6 North.  You will possibly have a phone and/or zoom interview prior to visiting location for interview.

Employee must be a "people person" especially due to some of the unique customers that shop with us.

Some experience is preferred though we would be willing to train the right person.  This is a part time position with the possibility of becoming full time.  This job offers quick  advancement to the right person able to perform all the duties and learn our products quickly.

Job Purpose:

Serves customers by helping them achieve their objectives.  Positively portrays our company image in promotional and marketing setting.  Must be outgoing and able to sell to tough customers undecided and able to close a sale.

 

Duties:

* Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.

* Advise customers by providing information on products.

* Help customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions. 

* Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash or credit cards.

* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

* Learn legalities of products as well as be very outgoing toward customers.

* This is a fast paced learning job and you will begin on a trial, probationary period.

Skills/Qualifications:

The ability to listen to individual customers needs,  Customer Service, Selling to Customer Needs, Product Knowledge, People Skills, Energy Level, Dependability, General Math Skills, Verbal Communication, Job Knowledge, Basic computer skills is a must.

You will be started on a probationary trial period while we decide if your right for the job, more details when you start.   Immediate raises available as you learn different aspects of the job.
