Our retail store located in Holmdel, NJ is currently hiring seasonal team associates who bring a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Applicants must be at least 15 years old before their first day of employment.
Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
Sales associates should be friendly, outgoing, and ready to greet customers warmly while helping them find and select merchandise. Responsibilities also include restocking shelves, maintaining a clean and organized store, and assisting with filing and data entry tasks when needed.
Qualifications
Flexible availability, with the ability to work 5–30 hours per week during the off-season and up to 40 hours per week during peak season
Availability for some evenings and weekends
Dependable with strong communication and customer service skills
Able to lift 25 pounds or more and stand or walk for extended periods
