We are seeking a seasoned Permanent Restoration Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our operations as you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction restoration projects. This includes managing projects related to mitigation, flood damage, fire damage, and more. With your expertise, you will ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all aspects of construction restoration projects, from initiation to completion.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with various teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and running smoothly.
3. Manage the budget and resources for each project, ensuring that all work is completed within the allocated budget and time frame.
4. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed and satisfied with the project progress.
5. Evaluate and resolve any issues or risks that may arise during the project, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
6. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
7. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status.
8. Conduct post-project evaluations to determine areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in restoration projects.
3. Proven experience managing projects related to mitigation, flood damage, and fire damage.
4. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
5. Exceptional project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and team members.
7. Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
8. PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
