Known for our Detroit-Style pizza, served with a side of Brooklyn Soul, Emmy Squared is a growing restaurant group with locations across multiple states and more on the way. We’ve earned loyal fans (and a few awards!) for our crispy Frico crusts, delicious burgers, and welcoming neighborhood vibe — and now, we’re ready to make our mark in the Greater Richmond area.
At Emmy Squared Pizza, we don’t just serve food — we serve moments. As a Server, you’ll help create a welcoming, memorable guest experience that brings the flavors (and the fun) to every table.
What You’ll Do:
+ Greet and guide guests through our crave-worthy menu
+ Deliver excellent, upbeat service with a side of personality
+ Handle orders, payments, and requests with accuracy and speed
+ Be a team player and help maintain a clean, smooth-running floor
+ Engage guests with friendly, knowledgeable service
+ Maintain a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere from open to close
What You Bring:
+ Great energy and a guest-first mindset
+ Comfort working in a fast-paced, full-service setting
+ Confidence in a fast-paced, full-service environment
+ Great communication and multitasking skills
+ Prior server experience is helpful but not required — we’ll train the right employee!
