The Role: We are looking for a "Captain" to lead our Express food truck location in Willow Springs. This isn't a desk job. You ll be responsible for the "move and the mood" managing high-volume service, keeping the team sharp, and ensuring the truck is mission-ready every single day.
What You ll Do:
Lead the Rush: Manage the daily "Express" flow, ensuring speed and quality during peak hours.
Operations & Logistics: Handle inventory, food costs, and daily truck prep.
Team Leadership: Hire, train, and motivate a small, high-impact crew.
Truck Maintenance: Basic troubleshooting (propane, generator, equipment) to keep us on the road.
Compliance: Maintain strict health, safety, and sanitation standards.
What You Bring:
Experience: 2+ years of restaurant management (Food Truck or QSR experience is a huge plus).
Mobility: Valid Driver s License and a clean MVR (Non-negotiable).
Skills: ServSafe Manager Certification and a "fix-it" mindset.
Vibe: High energy, reliable, and able to work in a compact, fast-paced environment.
