A well-established growing, quick-service restaurant group is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee a high-volume national brand. This individual will be responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations for QSR concept.
• Lead, train, and develop management and hourly teams to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure compliance with brand, and company standards for quality, safety, and guest service.
• Manage P&L performance, budgeting, inventory, and labor controls.
• Partner with vendors, and corporate teams to maintain operational excellence.
• Foster a positive, service-focused culture that delivers an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of high-volume QSR management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proven success in managing financial results and operational performance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
