This position requires evening, weekend availability. As we are a destination for weddings and other celebrations, banquets/events will be a part of the work experience with us!

Lead daily operations at our sophisticated modern tavern housed in a beautifully restored 1865 building. You'll oversee our talented team of servers, bartenders, and hosts while ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience in one of California's most stunning locations.
What You'll Do:
- Lead & inspire a dynamic restaurant team
- Manage operations alongside our General Manager
- Drive excellence in guest service and team development
- Oversee scheduling and day-to-day restaurant operations
- Maintain standards that keep us at the top of our game
Who You Are:
- 4+ years full-service restaurant experience as management &/or supervisor
- Natural leader with excellent communication skills
- Quick decision-maker who stays calm under pressure
- Available weekends and evenings
- Computer savvy with basic office system skills
- Bonus points for bartending and banquet experience
