Restaurant Manager The Douglas Lake Bar & Steakhouse, a fine dining seasonal restaurant located in Northern Michigan, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure everything runs efficiently. Hire, manage and motivate a team of servers, and support staff. Ensure top-notch customer service and handling any issues appropriately. Monitor and order restaurant inventory/supplies. Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers. Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of food and alcohol safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and handle pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A passion for food and hospitality.
