YOUR CALLING AS OUR RESTAURANT MANAGER - OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Your role is all about leadership and execution. Here's what you'll do:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations for seamless functionality.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Interact with guests to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
• Manage scheduling to balance labor costs and operational needs.
• Assist with budgets and financial performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor inventory and control food and labor costs.

ARE YOU THE RESTAURANT MANAGER - OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Restaurant experience
• Experience in bartending and kitchen operations
• High school diploma or equivalency
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, customers, and suppliers
• Quick decision-making, organizational, and attention to detail skills
• A passion for food, hospitality, and community engagement
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to complete the Revival training program
• Ability to lead a diverse team and foster a positive, collaborative work environment
• Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced training
• Management experience
• A strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial management, and customer service principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
