Restaurant Manager

Victor s Cafe, a celebrated Cuban fine dining restaurant in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team. Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling front-of-house staff
  
• Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure team alignment on service standards
  
• Monitor floor activity and step in to resolve guest concerns in a professional manner
  
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance
  
• Collaborate with the Management Team on team performance, inventory, and cost control
  
• Assist Chef with administrative work
  
• Foster a positive work environment built on teamwork, accountability, and hospitality
  

What We are Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings
  
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  
• Passion for guest service and hospitality excellence
  
• Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
