Restaurant General Manager – Quick Serve

Key Responsibilities:

Direct the comprehensive management of daily operations and inspire a team of over 40 staff members to exceed guest expectations with exceptional hospitality and premium product standards.

Optimize the profit and loss outcomes through strategic business initiatives, cost management, staff training in superior customer service, effective inventory practices, community engagement, and brand representation to enhance sales and foster customer loyalty.

Required Skills and Experience:

Over 3 years of expertise in fast-paced quick-service restaurant management, encompassing staff recruitment, development, scheduling, operational efficiency, inventory management, hygiene standards, financial oversight, promotional activities, and customer experience excellence.

Certification in ServSafe.

Availability for a flexible schedule, including 5-day, 10-hour shifts.

Compensation Package

Salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000.

Monthly performance-based bonuses.

Annual profit sharing of 1% of profits distributed annually.
