Job Title: General Manager – Urgent (NRO)
Salary: $65,000 - $77,000 per year + Performance Bonus
Location: On-site – Milwaukee, WI
Working Days: Monday – Sunday (Rotational Schedule)
Working Hours: 45 – 55 Hours Per Week

Job Description:
Intelliknow is hiring a dynamic and results-driven General Manager for our fast food restaurant in Milwaukee, WI. We're looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record in fast food restaurant management, especially with drive-through operations. The ideal candidate must be ready to take charge, energize the team, and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. This is an urgent NRO (New Restaurant Opening) role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and customer-focused environment.
• Drive operational excellence in food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Lead, coach, and manage the performance of the restaurant team.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food/labor costs.
• Handle staffing needs, including hiring, scheduling, training, and development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and address customer concerns promptly.
• Report directly to area or regional managers and execute corporate initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and reports for budgeting, payroll, and operational performance.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in the fast food industry is required.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a fast food restaurant team.
• Experience must include working in a drive-through restaurant environment.
• Candidate must reside or be willing to relocate within 30 minutes of Milwaukee, MI ?.
• Candidates will be asked, “Where have you last worked as a General Manager?”—please be ready to answer.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume operations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional culinary or management certifications a plus.
