Slice N Roll Pizza/ & Pub is seeking a talented General Manager to add to our team!
Slice N Roll Pizza & Pub is where individuals and families go to experience the best New York Style Pizza in Northern Colorado. To ensure that guests receive the best service and food each and every time, we need enthusiastic, positive and motivated leaders. This is where our General Managers comes in. You are the face of our brand, the glue that keeps our team whole functioning together, and our customers completely satisfied.
Position Overview:
As a General Manager, you will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the Slice N Roll Crew, and manage both FOH and BOH operations. Ultimately, we are looking for a General Managers that is the absolute best communicator, go-getter, and self-starter in the service industry.
General Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
- In charge of day to day operations and management of the entire restaurant
- Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to continually development
- Manage all Slice N Roll resources and ensure the business is financially profitable month over month
- Deliver monthly financial reports to ownership team
- Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Slice N Roll, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
- Recognize and reward excellent performance
- Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
- Motivate, inspire, and challenge team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
- Create an excellent guest experience through extreme attention to detail and friendly service
- Continue to mature Slice N Roll business operations
- Connect and build relationships through the ability to resolve conflict in a prompt and professional manner
- Effectively communicate with restaurant team regarding changes to menu, policies, restaurant operations, and more
- Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule
- Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs

Minimum Job Requirements:
- 5 years previous general management/supervisory experience
- 5 years customer service experience
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-pace environment
- Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
- Able to work at least 50 hours per week
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
