Gary Rack’s Restaurant Group is seeking Restaurant General Manager to join our Farm to Table, market-driven, high volume restaurant as we open our newest location at Modera Coral Springs! Gary Rack's Farmhouse Kitchen mission is to create an inspired and memorable dining experience for its guests by combining seasonally inspired contemporary takes on dishes with exemplary ambiance and service.

We are all about real people making real food. Our seasonal, locally sourced food is the freshest in South Florida.  

RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER

Requirements:

• 3-5+ recent years as an General Manager in a high volume ($4M+ annual revenue) restaurant, hotel, or entertainment environment
• Must have experience in a NRO environment
• Ability to manage a diverse work environment
• Previous farm to table experience is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
