Fusian is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our Kenwood restaurant in Cincinnati.
This is a great opportunity for a strong restaurant leader who knows how to build a team, drive performance, and create a high-standard guest experience. Kenwood is a high-potential location in one of the best retail and suburban markets in Cincinnati, and we are looking for someone who can take ownership and help the restaurant perform at a high level.
What you’ll do:
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations
- Hire, coach, and develop your team
- Create accountability and maintain high standards
- Manage labor, inventory, food cost, and profitability
- Use reporting and P&L data to make decisions
- Deliver a strong guest experience
- Build a positive, energetic culture
- Take ownership of results and identify opportunities for improvement
As General Manager, you will run the four walls of the restaurant like it is your own business and lead your team through clear expectations, strong communication, and continuous improvement.
- 2+ years of management experience required
- Restaurant leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong skills in staffing, team development, and operations
- Experience with inventory, labor management, and P&L accountability
- High-energy, positive, and self-motivated
- Able to lead confidently and work well with ownership
- Someone who wants to make an impact, not just manage shifts
Compensation and benefits
- $65,000–$75,000 base salary
