Restaurant Accountant
Our client, a growing and well established restaurant group, is seeking a Restaurant Accountant to support core accounting and financial reporting functions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly P and L statements and financial reports
- Track and analyze food, beverage, and labor costs
- Manage inventory and cost of goods sold
- Support month end close and account reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure accurate multi location reporting
- Prior restaurant or hospitality accounting experience required
- Strong understanding of COGS, inventory, and margins
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environmene
